Every pair of WindRams Premium Sports Eyewear comes with 3 interchangeable RamFlow™ lenses. They are treated with a special scratch-resistant coating and come with a micro-fine cleaning cloth to keep your lenses sparking clean.

Your WindRams Will Come With Three Interchangeable Sport Lenses:

• WindSilver (17% VLT) - Smoke lens with silver flash coating. Our darkest lens, with a silver flash coating for those extra bright days. Smoke is the color of the lens, a neutral gray color that doesn't change color hues. The silver flash coating is applied to the exterior of the lens and reflects light.
• EarthBronze (27% VLT) - Copper lens blocks Blue Light. Our best all around lens, also called a driver’s lens, the highest resolution lens on Planet Earth.Copper blue-light blocking lens - This lens blocks the blue light in the measurable light spectrum. Blue light is the most irritating and the most damaging of light in the color spectrum. The wearer will have the most comfort with this lens in most lighting conditions.
• AirClear (99% VLT) - A clear lens for use at night and dark cloudy days, as well as indoor use and as eye protection.

Volume Of Light Transmission (VLT) rating from 17% - 99%.

WindRams are also available with prescription lens inserts (sold separately - ask for details).

100% UV Protection - Ultraviolet rays do not penetrate the lens. UV rays are the most damaging, along with blue light, and are blocked by WindRams lenses.

ANSI Approved Lenses - American National Standards Institute, established parameters for eye protection from sunlight, tested and approved by the Colt Laboratories in Clearwater, Florida.

2mm Polycarbonate Lenses - Distinguished by it's thickness of 2 millimeters at the optical center. The thickness becomes less at the peripheral due to the lens design. This is a function of the lenses being 'decentered'. WindRams lenses are distortion free due to the superior mold that is accurately made and meticulously polished. Thinner lenses break more easily. (Safety lenses are 3 mm thick.) Also, cheaper acrylic lenses have inferior optics and break very easily. Glass lenses have good optics but are very heavy. Polycarbonate is very lightweight as well as very strong PLUS blocks UV rays. WindRams are decentered, 8-base, 2mm shatter-resistant polycarbonate lenses with RamFlow™ hard coating for long life.
